cinderBOOK 1: Cinder   5 STARS

I absolutely loved this book… I really liked that even without being told, you can see that it’s a Cinderella story… but Meyer still made this her own book… it wasn’t just hitting it on the nose… but more like a “ah I see what you did there”… the nice little hints that are fun to catch in amidst this science fiction world… this isn’t just about some girl trying to get her shot to go to the ball… this is about a cyborg, Cinder, who is trying to just survive in a world that doesn’t like cyborgs… she’s trying to fix a robot for the prince that has hidden information on it, when she’s not being sold off to help find a cure for the plague that has taken her little step sister… the only human that has befriended her… or trying to hide from the Lunar Queen who would want to kill her… all while planning her escape from the city that is turning more hostile to her by the second… it’s exciting, funny, and with one twist after the next… I can’t wait to get the next book to see how it’ll all turn out…
